Terms of Service

PEBC Prep provides original practice questions, worked explanations, timed practice exams, study notes and progress tracking mapped to the publicly available PEBC Qualifying Examination blueprint. The Service is for exam preparation only.

Not medical advice. Educational practice material for exam preparation only. Not medical advice and not a substitute for current product monographs, clinical guidelines or professional judgement. Questions have not yet been reviewed by a licensed pharmacist. Never use the Service to make decisions about a real patient.

PEBC Prep is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). 'PEBC' is used only to describe the examination. All questions are original practice material, not past or real exam questions. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or obtaining any licence.

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing an account is not permitted.

Premium access is sold as a one-time pass for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months on the Until-you-pass pass), charged in Canadian dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Passes do not renew automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have answered under 20% of the question bank since paying (answers on the free plan before you paid do not count). Otherwise no refund, except where the law requires one.

Until-you-pass pass. 12 months of access. If you sit the PEBC Qualifying Examination Part I (MCQ) while your pass is active and do not pass, send us your result within 30 days and we extend your access by 90 days, free. Extensions are applied by hand after we check the result you send.

The questions, explanations and notes are our copyrighted work. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, share screenshots of question sets publicly, or use the content to train or build another product. You may not disclose or seek actual PEBC examination content. Do not send us questions you remember from the real exam, through feedback or any other channel: we do not accept them, use them or keep them.

We work to keep content accurate and cite sources with an as-at date, but clinical guidelines, product monographs, laws and exam policies change, and questions have not yet been reviewed by a licensed pharmacist. The Service is not medical, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with PEBC, your provincial pharmacy regulatory authority and other official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEBC Prep and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including for scraping or account sharing. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory that cannot be excluded by contract. Questions: support@getpebcprep.com.
