The exam at a glance
Internationally educated? PEBC requires Document Evaluation and the Pharmacist Evaluating Examination before you can apply for the Qualifying Examination. The full pathway, step by step
PEBC questions are mostly patients: initials, an age, a few facts and one best decision. So is our bank.
PK is a 52 year old male newly diagnosed with hypertension after home monitoring averaged 148/94 mm Hg. He has no other medical conditions and takes no medications. According to Hypertension Canada's 2025 primary care guideline, which initial treatment is most appropriate?
Step 1
Work through 18 topics mapped to PEBC's competency blueprint. Every answer is graded instantly with a worked explanation and its sources.
Step 2
Missed questions come back for review, and competency drills target the blueprint area where you lose the most marks.
Step 3
200 questions in 260 minutes, built to the blueprint, with a review screen, calculator and formula sheet. Your score report shows each competency area.
Written from Canadian sources, never copied. Most are patient scenarios or calculations, like the real exam.
Case sets of two or three questions on one patient, shown the way PEBC shows them: the case above each question.
200 questions in 260 minutes, a half-length mock and four competency drills, unseen questions first.
Doses, infusion rates, renal function, dilutions and biostatistics, with every step of the arithmetic shown.
Hypertension Canada, Diabetes Canada, CCS, CTS, NACI, NAPRA standards and federal law, each with its edition.
Each mock shows your % correct and a band for each of the six blueprint areas, so you know what to study next.
Passes from C$79 for a month, C$149 for three months, or C$199 until you pass. Canadian dollars, one-time, no auto-renewal.
