Refund Policy

Each pass is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months on the Until-you-pass pass). There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period you paid for expires. You can see the exact expiry date on your dashboard.

7-day refund. Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have answered under 20% of the question bank since paying (answers on the free plan before you paid do not count). Otherwise no refund, except where the law requires one. A refund ends your access.

The 20% counts only questions you answer after paying, so practice on the free plan never stops you qualifying. Refunds are not available after that because the full bank and practice exams are delivered the moment you pay.

Until-you-pass extension. 12 months of access. If you sit the PEBC Qualifying Examination Part I (MCQ) while your pass is active and do not pass, send us your result within 30 days and we extend your access by 90 days, free. Email us the result PEBC sends you; we check it and extend your access by hand.

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
